Your Wedding was a wedding services listing directory, with planning tools and a community forum. The site was developed to allow suppliers to join for free, which at time of closing enabled over 500 suppliers to join.
YourWedding.uk.com was closed in October 2008 due to fierce competition and funding issues.
Galactic Domination
Massively Multiplayer Online Browser Based Game
Galactic Domination was a browser based strategy, the front end element is heavily javascript based, which removes the need for other elements such as flash. The site allowed many users to join and play simultaneously, and the in-game world was updated every 20 minutes to reduce server load.
Galactic Domination was an experiment to prove the use of javascript and other AJAX tools as a viable alternative to flash-based online games.
